Seeing that Tom Skakel article leads me back towards thinking Tom knew very well which of the New York trio (A/B/T) were there all this time, and that there must be some reason he never let on to it - perhaps Tom has known all along who killed Martha, but the killer(s) had dirt on Tom (such as drug use, or threatening to claim to have seen something). Tom should have come forward with his information right away. Didnt Margolis lose a child? Isn't he a little hypocritical then in advising Tom to keep silent about who he knows killed Martha?
I think it could be anyone - Tony, Tom, Franz Wittine, Ken Littleton, Adolph, Peter Ziluca, Michael. I just tend to think Michael should be released based on the State's complete bias and refusal to investigate new leads and the fact that Michael has already done his time anyway. How long he stays in jail will not change the way God treat's Martha's spirit or her reincarnation. Of course, if I knew he were guilty, I wouldn't fight for his release.
