This photo is from the 1974 Brunswick yearbook. Michael was born on
September 19, 1960. Depending on what date in September the 1973 fall
term started, Michael would have been twelve or thirteen at the start of
the school year and just over thirteen and a half by mid-May. I'm sure
they stopped submitting photos to be published in the yearbook earlier
than May. So if Michael was either 12 or 13 when this photo was taken, why was John Skakel parading about in front of reporters with a poster-sized photo captioned: [MICHAEL SKAKEL AT 15] ? Why did Hubert Santos submit it (minus caption) to Judge Bishop? Do they not know where they got the photo? Do they not know Michael's birthdate? Can they not add 15 to 1960?
