			<description><![CDATA[ What the hell is up with Franz Wittine?  Ive been looking for a substantial mention of him on a past post but havent been able to find one.  He seems to be Bobby's primary suspect due to his supposed &quot;bragging about beating and raping girls in WW2.&quot;  I belive Micheal did it, but sometimes have a hard time beliving someone that young could do such a bloody act of violence.  Any thoughts on this guy?  He did have a nice little stairway in the back to scuddle into.... ]]></description>
