Jurors are supposed to decide guilt or acquittal based on the merits of the case presented, not upon whether or not they got a fair trial.  The question of a fair trial is left up to others not the jury.<br><br>Bottom line is that a juror having doubts about whether or not Skakle got a fair trial is no more powerful or meaningful than the accused, his lawyers or any Joe off the street thinking the same thing.
